The parties agree to date of separation: 6/26/2018. Parties agree that Respondent was served on 9/5/2018. The parties had a house which they sold and used proceeds to purchase another house. There is no other community property, assets or debts to divide. Parties agree to waive spousal support. The Court's jurisdiction over the issue of spousal support is terminated.
