MOTION RULING ISSUED The matter is called for hearing. At the outset of the hearing, the Court made the following disclosure: In December 2013, a civil action was brought against Judge Elaine Lu for premises liability/negligence/breach of warranty of habitability arising out of a slip and fall at a piece of real property owned by Judge Elaine Lu.
