LVNV FUNDING LLC vs. LAMB, TAD

This Business Loan and Security Agreement (together with the accompanying Business Loan and

Security Agreement Supplement and the accompanying Authorization Agreement for Direct Deposit

(ACH Credit) and Direct Payments (ACH Debits), this “Agreement’) governs your business loan

(‘Loan’) from On Deck Capital, Inc. Please read it and keep it for your reference. In this Agreement,

the words “you,” “your” and “Borrower” mean the Borrower identified on the signature page of this

Business Loan and Security Agreement. Each Guarantor identified on the signature page of this

Business Loan and Security Agreement shall be referred to individually as “Guarantor” and

collectively as “Guarantors” in this Agreement. The words “Lender”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean On

Deck Capital, Inc. or its successor(s) and assign(s).
