Any person aggrieved by any condemnation judgment for compensation or damages, or by any judgment confirming an assessment upon land for benefits under this chapter, may seek appellate review of the judgment as in other civil cases.[ 1988 c 202 § 95; 1971 c 81 § 181; 1911 c 23 § 58; RRS § 9834.]
