(a) Annual Report. Each residential service company shall file an Annual Report on a form prescribed by the Commission for that purpose and submit the required fee under §539.231 no later than February 1 of each year for the preceding calendar year, with the financial statements filed no later than April 1.  (b) Mid-Year Report. Each residential service company shall file a Mid-Year Report on a form prescribed by the Commission for that purpose and submit any required fee under §539.231 no later than August 1 of each year for the preceding months of January through June.
