§ 9133. Reimbursement, indemnification and advancement of expenses.   (a) Reimbursement.--Except as provided in the governing principles, a nonprofit association shall reimburse a member or manager for authorized expenses reasonably incurred in the course of the activities of the member or manager on behalf of the nonprofit association.  (b) Indemnification and advancement of expenses.--  (1) A nonprofit association is subject to Ch. 57 Subch. D (relating to indemnification). (2) For purposes of applying Ch. 57 Subch. D, references to the "articles" or "bylaws," "directors" and "members" shall mean the "governing principles," "managers" and "members," respectively.
