Oregon Administrative Rules|Section 859-100-0020 - Mental Health and Developmental Disability Services Division Rules for Assignment and Treatment

The Legislature has provided that the Mental Health and Developmental Disability Services Division shall promulgate rules for assignment of persons to state mental hospitals under ORS 161.341, 161.365 and 161.370 and for establishing standards and methods for evaluation and treatment of persons committed to a state hospital designated by the division or ordered to a community mental health program under ORS 137.540, 161.315 to 161.351, 192.690 and 428.210.
