Oregon Administrative Rules|Section 853-030-0020 - Application for Registration as a Nursing Home Administrator In Training (AIT)

An individual applying for an AIT registration must: 
 
(1) Meet the requirements of OAR 331 Division 30;
 
(2) Submit a completed application form prescribed by the Office;
 
(3) Pay fees.
