(1) Pursuant to ORS 279C.815, the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries has determined that the wage rates stated in the publication of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries entitled Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts dated July 1, 2021, are the prevailing rates of wage for workers upon public works in each trade or occupation in the locality where work is performed for the period beginningJuly 1, 2021, and the effective dates of the applicable special wage determination and rates amendments:Amendments to Oregon Determination(effective August 1, 2021 and October 1, 2021).
 
(2) Copies of Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts dated July 1, 2021, are available from any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. The offices are located in Eugene, Portland and Salem. Copies are also available on the bureau's webpage at www.oregon.gov/boli or may be obtained from the Prevailing Wage Rate Coordinator, Prevailing Wage Rate Unit, Wage and Hour Division, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, 800 NE Oregon Street #1045, Portland, Oregon 97232; (971) 673-0839.
