These rules establish the requirements for playing Mega MillionsÂ®, a lotto game operated through a Cross-Selling Agreement for the selling of the Mega MillionsÂ® Game by the Multi-State Lottery Association (hereinafter referred to as "MUSL"), of which the Oregon State Lottery is a member.
