Oregon Administrative Rules|Section 177-054-0070 - Prizes and Odds of Winning

(1) In addition to the scheduled drawings described in section (2) of this rule, the Lottery may, upon approval of the director, conduct additional Take Your Shot, Oregon! drawings. The Lottery will announce and publicize the details for such drawings. In such drawings, the Lottery may obtain new draw files of eligible entries or may reuse existing draw files of eligible entries.
 
(2) On or around June 28, 2021, after receipt of final drawing data sets from the Oregon Health Authority, the Lottery will conduct the following drawings: 
(a) One statewide drawing that includes all of the unique identification numbers/eligible entries provided to the Lottery by the Oregon Health Authority. The prize in such drawing is $1,000,000.
 
(b) One county-specific drawing for each of Oregon's 36 counties. The prize for each of these 36 drawings is $10,000.
 
(c) One drawing that includes all of the unique identification numbers/eligible entries provided to the Lottery by the Oregon Health Authority of eligible children age 12 to 17. In such drawing, five selected winners will each win an education scholarship prize worth $100,000.
 
(d) If additional prizes are available such as, but not limited to, prizes provided by another state agency or a local county government for vaccinated residents of that county, the Lottery may select additional winners for those prizes. The Lottery may also conduct additional drawings (on the same day or in the future) to select winners and may use the same list of eligible entries used in a previous drawing or may obtain new lists from the Oregon Health Authority pursuant to an interagency agreement.
 
(3) The odds of winning a Take Your Shot, Oregon! drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries the Oregon Health Authority provides to the Lottery. The Lottery will announce the total number of entries and odds of winning as determined by the Lottery after each drawing.
