(A) An individual who holds a chemical dependency counselor II license and a gambling disorder endorsement may do all of the following in addition to those services outlined in rule 4758-6-03 of the Administrative Code:
(1) Treat gambling disorder conditions;
(2) Perform treatment planning, assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case management, and educational services insofar as those functions relate to gambling disorder; and
(3) Refer individuals with other conditions to appropriate sources of help.
(B) An individual holding a chemical dependency II license shall not practice as an individual practitioner.
