The state physical therapy compact privilege fee,
pursuant to section 3.D. of the compact, in section 4755.57 of the Revised
Code, shall not exceed fifty dollars. The prescribed fee shall be submitted in
a manner determined by the physical therapy section upon initial compact
application and renewal. The compact privilege fee is not refundable. Failure
to pay the fee may result in disiciplinary action, including termination of the
