The collective bargaining agreement between
		Cleveland state university and the American association of university
		professors, CSU chapter, currently in force no longer includes certain articles
		(or portions, thereof,) contained in previous agreements. Of these excluded
		texts, the following are now incorporated in Chapter 3344-16 of the
		Administrative Code and the current personnel policies and bylaws, and as such,
		remain as university policy until modified by appropriate procedures of faculty
		governance and/or the provost.
