Nevada Court Rules|Rule 7.21 - Preparation of order, judgment or decree

                                                
The counsel or self-represented litigant obtaining any order, judgment or decree must furnish the form of the same to the clerk, judge, or judicial officer within 14 days after being notified of the ruling, unless additional time is allowed by the court.
