Nevada Court Rules|Rule 6.40 - Duty of jury commissioner on appearance of prospective jurors

                                                
When prospective jurors appear before the jury commissioner pursuant to summons, the jury commissioner must assign prospective jurors to each department of the court as the jury commissioner and the court administrator deem necessary.
