90.088. "Institutional buyer" interpreted
The Administrator will interpret the term "institutional buyer" as used in subsection 6 of NRS 90.240 to include, without limitation, any accredited investor as defined under Rule 501 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, 17 C.F.R. § 230.501.
