 704B.100. "Impact fee" defined 
 
"Impact fee" means an amount assessed by the Commission against an eligible customer pursuant to subsection 7 of NRS 704B.310, but does not include any payment required by subparagraph (2) of paragraph (b) of subsection 7 of NRS 704B.310.
