 639.6913. "Sterile drug" defined 
 
"Sterile drug" means a drug that is: 
 
1. Intended for parenteral administration; 
 
2. An ophthalmic or oral inhalation drug in aqueous format; or 
 
3. Required to be sterile pursuant to the provisions of federal law or the provisions of NAC 639.661 to 639.690, inclusive.
