452.020. Construction of mausoleums: General requirements
No building or structure for use or intended to be used for the permanent interment of the remains of deceased persons may be constructed, and no building now constructed but not used for the permanent interment of the remains of deceased persons may be altered or changed for such a use unless constructed of such material and workmanship as will ensure their durability and permanence.
