 427A.3325. Hearings: Preliminary procedure 
 
The Attorney for the Rights of Older Persons and Persons with a Physical Disability, an Intellectual Disability or a Related Condition will call the proceeding to order, take the appearances and make any introductory remarks. Each party may then make an opening statement.
