 321.408. "Conservation and Resource Protection Grant Program" and "Program" defined 
 
"Conservation and Resource Protection Grant Program" or "Program" means the conservation initiative that was created by chapter 6, Statutes of Nevada 2001 Special Session, and approved by the voters.
