The Board will require as a condition of parole that a person who is ordered to participate in and complete a correctional program pursuant to NRS 213.632 reimburse the Department of Corrections and the Division for the cost of participating in the correctional program, to the extent that the person has the ability to pay, as determined by the Department and the Division.
