 116B.600. Duties of Ombudsman for Owners in Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels: "Annual assessment" interpreted 
 
As used in NRS NRS 116B.815, "annual assessment" means both the per-unit assessments and the total budget revenues for the association.
