 10.24.02.03. Extensions 
 
A. A hospital may request an extension of its submission date by letter to the Executive Director of the Commission submitted not later than 15 days before a submission is due, explaining the reason for the extension and a requested due date.
 
B. The Executive Director shall send a response to the request for an extension to the hospital within 10 days of receipt by the Commission.
 
C. Except as provided in Regulation .02B(3) of this chapter, for hospitals meeting the requirements of Regulation .02C of this chapter, extensions obtained in accordance with procedures established by HSCRC shall be deemed in compliance with this chapter.
