490.015 Duties of the department.—(1) All functions reserved to boards under chapter 456 shall be exercised by the department with respect to the regulation of school psychologists and in a manner consistent with the exercise of its regulatory functions.(2) The department shall adopt rules to implement the provisions of this chapter.
