1633.13.  

In a proceeding, evidence of a record or signature may not be excluded solely because it is in electronic form.

Civil Code section 1633.13 states that evidence cannot be disregarded or ruled inadmissible solely because it is in electronic form. Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1019.5, subdivision (a), no further written order is necessary. The minute order adopting this tentative ruling will serve as the order of the court and service by the clerk will constitute notice of the order.
