The percentage loss in breaking strength of the treated fabric after accelerated aging shall not exceed that of the untreated fabric similarly aged. The treated fabric after accelerated aging shall meet the requirements of the fire resistance test. Microscopic examination of the treated fabric after aging shall not show more than a trace of efflorescence.

Paragraphs 23, 53-61, and 85-86 of the first amended complaint sufficiently allege a violation of section 1258. Dignity's argument that its decision to allow or disallow tubal ligations based on "advanced maternal age" and "grand multiparity" necessarily involves medical criteria that do not implicate section 1258 is not amenable to resolution on a demurrer. Dignity raises a factual issue that can only be decided on a factual record.
