Biography

The Hon. Zachary B. Pollack is an associate judge on the 12th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. He was appointed to the bench by the judges of the 12th Judicial Circuit Court on November 28, 2023.


The 12th Judicial Circuit encompasses Will County.


Pollack earned a B.A. in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. He then completed a J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. He was licensed to practice in Illinois (2005).


After graduating from law school, Pollack began his legal career as an assistant public defender with the Will County Public Defender’s Office. He served in that capacity until 2008, at which time he entered into private practice at Sabuco, Beck, Hansen, Massino & Pollack. Then, in 2019, he formed the Pollack Law Group.
