The Hon. Wayne A. Humphrey is a judge on the Westchester County Family Court in the 9th Judicial District of New York. He was elected to the bench on November 5, 2019.
The 9th Judicial District encompasses Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties.
Prior to his election, Humphrey was an assistant chief deputy county attorney for the Westchester County Attorney’s Office. He initially joined the office in 1997.
Humphrey earned a J.D. from Pace University, Elisabeth Haub School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New York (1995).
