The Hon. Tiffany Peguise is a judge for the Robeson County Superior Court in the 16B Judicial District of the 2nd Division in North Carolina. She was elected to the bench in 2020, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Frank Floyd.
Prior to her election, Preguise was a sole practitioner in her own private practice in Lumberton, a law firm she opened in 2006. In that capacity, she represented clients in criminal, family law, and personal injury matters.
Peguise earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and media studies from Hampton University in 1992. She then completed a J.D. at North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1996.
Her memberships have included the Robeson County Board of Elections.
