The Hon. Thomas R. Campbell is a judge for the Adams County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the bench on November 3, 2009.
Campbell earned a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University in 1992. He then completed a J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law in 1995.
After graduating from law school, Campbell entered into private practice at Campbell & White. He started as an associate, quickly rising through the ranks to become a partner in 2002.
