The Hon. Rosemary M. Greene is a judge for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit Superior Court in Georgia. She was appointed to the bench by Governor Brian Kemp in 2021, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. David K. Smith.
The Cherokee Judicial Circuit is composed of Bartow County and Gordon County.
Greene earned a bachelor’s degree from LaGrange College. She then completed a J.D. at Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law.
After graduating from law school, Greene worked as an assistant district attorney for the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office and the Cherokee Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office. Then, in 2013, she was subsequently named District Attorney for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit.
She and her husband, Mark, have two children.
