The Hon. Ronald R. Combest (Ret.) served as a judge on the Mendocino County Superior Court in California. Combest was elected to the bench on November 5, 1996. He retired in 2002.
Combest earned a B.S. from the University of Southern California. He then completed a J.D. at Loyola Law School.
He was licensed to practice in California (1977).
