The Hon. Robert G. Clark, III is a judge for the 11th Chancery Court District of Mississippi. He was elected to the bench in 2014.
The 11th Chancery includes Holmes, Leake, Madison, and Yazoo Counties.
Prior to his election, Clark was a referee for the Holmes County Youth Court since 2004 and a municipal judge for the Lexington Municipal Court since 2005.
He also worked in private practice since 1997 and served as the board attorney for the Holmes County Board of Supervisors, the attorney for the Town of Cruger, the city attorney for Tchula, special counsel for the Holmes County Board of Supervisors, and a public defender for the Holmes County Youth Court.
Clark received an A.A. from Holmes Community College and a B.A. from Stillman College. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Mississippi School of Law.
Clark was appointed by The Mississippi Bar to serve as a member of the Mississippi Commission on Children’s Justice and was a former member of the Mississippi Department of Human Services Youth Court Judges Advisory Committee.
