The Hon. Phyllis K. Webster is a magistrate for the 13th Judicial District Court of Kansas.
The 13th Judicial District encompasses Butler, Elk, and Greenwood counties. Webster has held assignments in Greenwood County.
Prior to her appointment, Webster was an assistant county attorney for the Butler County Attorney’s Office.
Webster earned a bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University in 1982. She then completed a J.D. at Washburn University School of Law in 1986. She is licensed to practice in Kansas (1986).
