Hon. Phillip C. Corley is a district judge for the Ninth Judicial District in Oklahoma. He was elected to the bench on November 2, 2010.
The Ninth Judicial District includes the District Courts in Logan and Payne Counties.
Prior to his election, Corley sat for eleven years as a special judge for the Payne County District Court (1999 to 2010), having been appointed to the position in 1999. He was also a former prosecutor for Logan and Payne Counties.
He received a B.A. in history from Oklahoma State University in 1986. Corley went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1990.
He was a past president of the Payne County Bar Association and Starting Point II.
A resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Corley attended Pawhuska High School. He and his wife, Katie, have two grown children. His son Ky is also an attorney.
