Hon. Peter E. Mariano is a judge for the Naugatuck Probate Court (District 21) in Middlesex County, Connecticut. He was re-elected in 2010 and 2014.
Probate District 21 includes the towns of Beacon Falls, Middlebury, Naugatuck, and Prospect.
In addition to sitting on the probate court, Mariano is a partner in the Naugatuck law firm of Fitzpatrick Santos Sousa Perugini, P.C. (formerly Fitzpatrick & Mariano, P.C.).
He received a B.S. from Central Connecticut State College in 1982. Mariano went on to complete a J.D. at New England Law in 1985.
He is a native of Naugatuck and a graduate of Naugatuck High School.
