Hon. Pandee Ramirez is a district judge for the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District in Oklahoma. She was appointed to the position by Governor Kevin Stitt in September 2020.
The Twenty-Fourth Judicial District includes the District Courts in Creek, Okfuskee, and Okmulgee Counties.
At the time of her appointment, Ramirez had presided as a special judge for Okmulgee County since 2015.
Before beginning her judicial career, she was an assistant district attorney in Okmulgee County, where she served as the lone prosecutor for the Henryetta Division and was the managing attorney for the Child Support Enforcement Office.
Ramirez was named Assistant District Attorney of the Year in 2014.
She began her prosecutorial career after spending time as a public defender with the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System, tasked with representing clients in felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile delinquent cases.
Ramirez received a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1995. She went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1998.
She was admitted to practice in Oklahoma (1999), the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation courts.
Ramirez served on the Board of Editors for the Oklahoma Bar Association Journal and was a past vice president and secretary-treasurer of the Okmulgee Bar Association.
From a civic standpoint, she was a regent for the College of the Muscogee Nation and is a certified Cub Scout leader with the Indian Nations Council Sac & Fox District.
Ramirez and her husband, Javier, have three children.
