The Hon. Pamela G. Kozlowski is a referee for the New Hampshire Circuit Court.
Over the course of her legal career, she also served as clerk of the court for the Probate Division of the 2nd Circuit in Haverhill.
Kozlowski received a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Brockport. She then completed a J.D. at Hofstra University, Maurice A. Deane School of Law, in 1991.
Kozlowski was admitted to practice in New York (1992), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (1993), Vermont (1995), and New Hampshire (2000).
