The Hon. Nathaniel Block is a senior water master for the Montana Water Court. He joined the bench in 2017.

They include the Yellowstone River Basin, the Upper Missouri River Basin, the Lower Missouri River Basin, and the Clark Fork River Basin.
Before beginning his judicial tenure, Block briefly practiced as a trial attorney at Guza, Nesbitt & Putzier (2017). He joined the firm after serving as a manager and consultant at Oracle (2015 to 2017).
He received a B.A. in political science and government from San Jose State University in 2009. Block then completed a J.D. at the University of Montana, Alexander Blewett III School of Law, in 2015.
