Hon. Nathan T. Kelsaw is an associate circuit judge for the 42nd Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. He was elected to the bench in 2018.
The 42nd Judicial Circuit Court includes Crawford, Dent, Iron, Reynolds, and Wayne Counties.
Prior to his election, Kelsaw was an assistant prosecuting attorney in Texas County (2017 to 2018) and Dent County (2015 to 2018). In addition to working as a prosecutor, he was a member of Marxkors & Kelsaw, Attorneys at Law, LLC, where he practiced alongside his wife, Michele (2012 to 2018).
Before joining the firm, Kelsaw served as a public defender with the Missouri State Public Defender System (2011 to 2012).
He received a B.S. in criminology from Southwest Missouri State University in 2005. Kelsaw went on to complete a J.D. at Saint Louis University School of Law in 2010.
Kelsaw was born in Florissant, Missouri, and attended McCluer North High School.
He is registered as a Republican.
