The Hon. Lynn Poschner is an associate judge for the 5th Judicial District Court of Iowa. She was appointed to the bench in 2018.
The 5th Judicial District includes Adair, Adams, Clarke, Dallas, Decatur, Guthrie, Jasper, Lucas, Madison, Marion, Polk, Ringgold, Taylor, Union, Warren, and Wayne counties.
Poschner received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2003. She then completed a J.D. at Drake University Law School in 2007.
Poschner worked in private practice before her appointment to the bench.
Her memberships include the Iowa State Bar Association, the C. Edwin Inn of Court, and the Iowa Judges Association.
