The Hon. Lee W. Harrod is a judge for the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Arkansas. He was elected to the bench in 2008 and re-elected in 2014 and 2020.
The 16th Judicial Circuit includes Cleburne County, Fulton County, Independence County, Izard County, and Stone County.
Prior to his election, Harrod worked as an attorney in private practice in Heber Springs. He supplemented his practice with service as a judge for the City of Quitman as well as a special judge for the Cleburne County District Court.
Harrod earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in 1993. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1999.
His memberships have included the Cleburne County Bar Association and the Cleburne County Rotary Club. He also sat on the Arkansas Discipline and Disability Commission.
