Hon. Kyle Higgs Tarrant (Ret.) was a judge for the Seventieth District Court of Michigan in Saginaw County. She joined the bench in 1982. Tarrant retired on October 21, 2016.
Prior to beginning her judicial career, she had worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Saginaw County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Tarrant received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She went on to complete a J.D. at Wayne State University Law School.
She was admitted to practice in Michigan in 1974.
