Hon. Kevin Y. T. Wiggins is an associate judge for the Baltimore County District Court (District 8) in Maryland. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Martin O’Malley in December 2014.
Before joining the judiciary, Wiggins spent fourteen years as an assistant state’s attorney in Baltimore City (2000 to 2015).
He received a B.A. from Towson University. Wiggins went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law.
