The Hon. Kathryn E. Stocking-Tate (Ret.) served as a commissioner for the Yuma County Superior Court in Arizona. She retired from the bench in 2021.
Stocking-Tate earned a bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College in 1977. She then completed a J.D. at Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1991. She is admitted to practice in Arizona (1992).
