The Hon. Julian W. Johnson is a judge for the 15th Judicial District Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of Virginia. He was elected to the bench by the Virginia General Assembly in 2005.
The 15th Judicial District encompasses Fredericksburg and Caroline, Essex, Hanover, King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland Counties.
Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University in 1981. He then completed a J.D. at William & Mary Law School in 1984. He is licensed to practice in Virginia (1987) and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (1987).
