The Hon. Jordan Allhands is a justice of the peace for the Madison County Justice Court in Montana. She was elected to the bench on November 8, 2022.
The Madison County Justice Court hears criminal cases involving misdemeanor offenses, civil cases for amounts up to $15,000, and small claims cases valued up to $7,000. The court also handles landlord-tenant, local ordinances, and unlawful detainer matters. Its judges issue search and arrest warrants, and they provide initial appearances to persons arrested for probation and parole violations.
A resident of the Ruby Vally, Allhands has resided in Madison County for over twenty years. She and her husband have two children.
