Hon. Jonathan W. Romankow is a judge for the Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren County Superior Court (Vicinage 13) in New Jersey. He was appointed to the bench by Governor Phil Murphy in 2021.

Prior to his appointment, he was an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey in Newark. During his tenure there, some of his assignments included the Violent Crimes Unit and the Crime/Gangs Unit.
Romankow received a B.A. from the Catholic University of America in 1990. He went on to complete a J.D. at Seton Hall Law School in 1995.
He was admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
